Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mangasine Online Printing platform (“MOP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at mangasineonlineprinting.com and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using MOP, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, signing in, uploading files, placing print orders, purchasing event tickets, using Handwriting-to-Document (H2D), voting in event competitions, or accessing any MOP service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
If you use MOP on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a stationery business or event organiser), you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. About Our Services
MOP is an online platform that connects users with printing and event-related services, including but not limited to:
- Print orders — upload documents (e.g. PDF), select print options, choose a partner stationery, and pay online;
- Stationery directory & map — discover approved print shops and pickup locations;
- Event tickets — browse events, purchase tickets, and receive digital tickets (including QR codes);
- Event competitions & voting — participate in Mr/Mrs or other event competitions where enabled;
- Handwriting-to-Document (H2D) — convert handwritten content to formatted digital documents using OCR and AI tools;
- Stationery partner tools — desktop and web tools for approved stationeries to receive and manage orders.
MOP acts as a technology platform. Print fulfilment is performed by independent stationery partners. Event tickets and competitions are organised by event hosts; MOP facilitates ticketing, payments, and related digital features unless stated otherwise.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use paid services. Users under 18 may only use MOP with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
3.3 Account security
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your password or account.
3.4 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users, partners, or MOP. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding obligations (unpaid orders, disputes) survive termination.
4. Print Orders
4.1 Order placement
When you submit a print order, you specify document files, print settings (copies, colour, binding, etc.), and a stationery partner. You represent that you have the legal right to print and reproduce all uploaded content.
4.2 Pricing & payment
Prices are displayed before checkout and may include platform fees, stationery charges, and applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed through our payment partners (including DPO Pay). Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Fulfilment & pickup
Partner stationeries are responsible for printing and preparing your order. Pickup times, quality, and on-site service are subject to the stationery’s capacity and operating hours. MOP is not the printer of record; we facilitate order routing and payment.
4.4 File content & prohibited material
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, or that violates third-party rights. We and our partners may refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited content without refund where permitted by law.
4.5 Order cancellation
Once printing has started, cancellation may not be possible. If you cancel before production begins, refunds are handled according to our refund policy and the stationery’s acceptance of the cancellation. Contact support promptly for cancellation requests.
5. Stationery Partners
Stationeries listed on MOP are independent businesses. Registration as a partner is subject to approval, verification, and separate partner terms where applicable. Partners must:
- Provide accurate business information and maintain valid licences where required;
- Fulfil accepted orders in a timely and professional manner;
- Protect customer files and use them only for order fulfilment;
- Comply with applicable Tanzanian laws and MOP platform rules.
MOP may suspend or remove partners who repeatedly fail to meet quality standards, breach these Terms, or receive substantiated customer complaints.
6. Events & Tickets
6.1 Ticket purchases
Event tickets sold through MOP are subject to availability, event organiser rules, and stated ticket types (e.g. VVIP, VIP, Regular). Ticket prices, benefits, and sales windows are set by the event organiser or MOP administration.
6.2 E-tickets & entry
Valid paid tickets are delivered digitally (including QR codes). Entry to an event requires a valid ticket and compliance with venue rules. Lost or shared tickets may be rejected at the organiser’s discretion.
6.3 Unpaid & expired reservations
Ticket reservations that are not paid within the stated time limit (typically 30 minutes) may be automatically cancelled and seats released.
6.4 Event changes & cancellations
If an event is postponed, relocated, or cancelled, refund or transfer policies are determined by the event organiser and applicable law. MOP will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes but is not liable for organiser decisions beyond payment facilitation.
6.5 Refunds
Ticket refunds, where approved, are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or mobile money provider. Service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Event Competitions & Voting
Where enabled, ticket holders may vote in event competitions (e.g. Mr, Mrs, or custom categories). Rules include:
- Only users with valid paid tickets for the relevant event may vote, unless otherwise stated;
- Each paid ticket typically grants one vote per competition;
- Voting is open only during the published voting window;
- Results displayed on live screens or the website are based on votes recorded in the MOP system;
- We reserve the right to void votes suspected of fraud, duplicate abuse, or technical manipulation.
Competition outcomes are final as determined by the platform after the voting period closes, subject to organiser oversight.
8. Handwriting-to-Document (H2D)
H2D uses automated OCR and AI formatting tools. You acknowledge that:
- Output accuracy depends on handwriting quality, image clarity, and language;
- You are responsible for reviewing and correcting generated documents before use;
- H2D output is not legal, medical, or professional advice;
- Fees for H2D services are payable as displayed before confirmation.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including DPO Pay) supporting mobile money, bank cards, and other methods available in Tanzania. By paying through MOP, you also agree to the payment provider’s terms where applicable.
We do not store full card details on our servers. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and correct payment information. Failed or reversed transactions may result in order or ticket cancellation.
10. Intellectual Property
The MOP name, logo, website design, software, and platform content are owned by Mangasine Online Printing or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute platform materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant MOP and fulfilment partners a limited licence to store, process, transmit, and print your files solely to provide the services you request.
11. Privacy & Data
We collect and use personal data (name, email, phone, order history, payment references, location for map features, etc.) to operate the platform, process payments, communicate about orders and events, and improve our services. We share necessary data with stationery partners (for order fulfilment), payment processors, and event organisers (for ticketing) as required to deliver services.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable under Tanzanian law.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MOP for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- Scrape, spam, or overload the platform;
- Manipulate votes, ticket sales, reviews, or rankings;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload malware or interfere with platform operation.
13. Disclaimers
MOP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or that partner stationeries or event organisers will meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mangasine Online Printing and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of MOP.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order, ticket, or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MOP for that transaction in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOP from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your uploaded content, your use of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with MOP support. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of MOP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or platform notice where appropriate.
